• 12th Class Pass From A Recognized University Board.

• 2 Years ITI Certificate In Any Engineering/ Technical Stream With Minimum 02 Years Post. Qualification Experience In The Same Grade.
• Desirable : Holding A  Valid License, If Applicable, In The Engineering Stream.

• B.Sc With Physics And Mathematics As Compulsory Subjects And 02 years post Qualification Experience In A Scientific In laboratory

• Diploma Of 03 years Duration In Civil Electronics/ Mechanical / Electrical/ Computer Engineering. As May Be Specified According To Requirement From A Recognized Board, With 3 Years Experience In The Relevant Field.

• Bachelors' Degree In Library/ Library & Information Science From A Recognized Institute /Unviersity With 60% Marks .
• At Least 1 Year Of Experience In A Relevant Field In A University / Research Establishment/ Central / State Govt/ PSU/ Autonomous Institution.

• Bachelor's Degree In Science With Physics Chemistry, And Mathematics With 60% Marks From A Recognized Unviersity / Board Or As May BE Specified According To Requirement.

• 12th Class Pass Or Equivalent Qualification From A Recognized Board Or Unviersity 
• Should have A Typing Speed Of 35 WPM IN English Or 30 W.P.M In Hindi On A Manual Typewriter Or
• A Typing Speed Of 35 W.P.M In English Or 30 W.P.M In Hindi On A Computer (35 W.P.M And 30 W.P.M Correspond To 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH On An Average Of 5 Key Depressions For Each Word)

• B.Com Degree From Recognized University And Handing Five Years of Experience In Accounts.

• Knowledge Of Motor Mechanics (The Candidate Should Be Able To Remove Minor Defects In Vehicle)
• Experience Of Driving A Motor Car For Atleast 5 Years Out Of Which 3 Years Experience Must Be In Hilly Area.
